KIESEL VANE PUMPS

KIESEL lobed pumps are manufactured with a simple, robust and authentic modular design, which makes them functional especially where high hygiene standards are required. Assembly is simple and quick and all sealing parts are easily accessible and easily replaced.

KIESEL IMPELLER PUMPS TYPE IP

Impeller pumps are self-priming and very simple to operate, combining the characteristics of a rotary pump and a positive displacement pump. They are lubricated by the product they are conveying and this requires particular care, as operating the pump dry results in the destruction of the impeller by friction. All parts of the pump are made of stainless steel, polished and non-porous

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

The proposed range of centrifugal pumps includes pumps made of 304 L stainless steel, ideal for applications in the food and beverage industry. It has high motor power, spiral housing and smooth inner walls. The casing will not crack or split even at very low temperatures, and its ball-formed design allows for high internal pressure.

PUMPS - OPEN & CLOSED TYPE

The open-type eccentric pump as well as the closed-type eccentric screw pump consist of a rotating displacement unit, which is a cam screw or rotor, and a fixed part which is the stator. The movement of the rotor creates cavities inside the stator through which the various substances pass, either in a forward or reverse motion (suction). Kiesel pumps are suitable for a huge range of applications in almost every industrial sector, as they can pump almost any medium, gently, with less vibration and with compensated pressure. They have been proving their worth since 1965.

READER

KIESEL agitators are stirring tools for liquid and viscous products, widely used in industry, wherever there is a need. They carry special hollow shaft motors that are easily adapted to tank hydrants and can be used in tanks with capacities of up to 100,000 litres. The main features of the agitators are the high motor power, the extremely strong bearings on which the agitation shaft rotates, and their robust construction.
